Hi, I am Meg and I have been involved in Elite sport for 18 years, having previously represented Great Britain as a diver in competitions globally as well as at the Olympics. Now I compete as an IFBB Pro Figure Competitor globally. Having been involved in elite sports for so long, I have had the opportunity to work alongside the world’s best physiological, psychological, lifestyle and competence coaches. This, coupled with my sporting achievements means I have finessed my coaching services to the highest level.
